Sign in to the account used for your purchase and open Your library. Guest buyers can use the secure links in their purchase email.

Use the password reset page if you cannot sign in. New account holders should also check for the password setup email.

Send your order number, purchase email and a short description. Never include your password or payment-card details.

I cannot find the purchase email.
Check your spam or junk folder and search for AI Safety Reports. If you created an account, check Your library. If you still cannot find it, email info@aisafetyreports.com with your order number, if available, and the email used for the purchase.
My download link is not working.
Use the complete link from the purchase email, or sign in and try the link in Your library. If an error remains, tell us the report title, order number and the error message. Do not post secure download links publicly.
I bought as a guest. Can I still get my files?
Yes. Use the secure download links supplied with your purchase. Creating a new account later does not necessarily attach an earlier guest order automatically; contact us if you need help locating it.
How do I open a ZIP package?
Save the file to your device, then use its Extract or Uncompress option. Open the extracted folder and start with the included reading instructions. Check the report page for the formats included in your specific purchase.
Why is a report missing from Your library?
Confirm that you are signed in with the account used for the purchase and that payment completed. If you checked out as a guest or used a different email address, contact us with the order details.
BEFORE YOU EMAIL
Include the report title, order number if available, purchase email address and what happened. For a file problem, include its filename and the app you used to open it. You can describe an error without sharing the download link.
